Highly satisfied with the service. Sadly, I had to scrap my car, and I discovered Acres Auto CASH FOR CARS would pay me the most. The pick-up was simple to schedule, and I had the option of selecting AM or PM on the day that worked best for me. I also received a call in the morning from the driver with an approximate arrival time. The transfer was quick and simple, and I received paid right away. Overall, extremely pleasant and simple.

It was easy to get the information and everything, but they are misleading when they ask you what time you want your car to be picked up. They should let people know that it could occur at any time during business hours or after, and that if you live closer to the location of their facility, the vehicle will probably be picked up later in the day.

Sold my car to this company after it was broken into and burgled. Was offered $500 for my car the way it was, when they came to pick it up they said they can only give me $380 as the catalytic converter was missing. I had the pictures that their tow truck driver took of the missing part examined by a Honda specialist who showed me that the part was indeed still there and not missing. They scammed me out of what was originally offered. While cleaning out my vehicle i left the EZpass behind which i had not realized until weeks later when i went to look at my statement to find that my EZpass has made several trips in and out of Manhattan since selling my car. I went to their advertised location to speak to them and all I found was a residential building that had a real-estate lockbox on the door.

After dealing with the lady on the phone who kept on repeating the same thing over and over again even tho I explained to her in a way someone of her simply brain capacity what the deal was she still kept on repeating her self .. yes I have title yes it's in my name yes I own the car . Can you give me a rough price . Nope just jumps down my throat and kept on going . If the owner of this place sees this place get rid of the lady from monsters inc you'll get more business that way

I was looking to get rid of my 99 Honda Accord and I went with the first place I called. They were paying me a nice amount, more than I was expecting. I had lost the key to the car and I thought I couldn’t get my stuff out, but he told me no problem don’t worry I’ll get it open. He took off plates and It was such a quick transaction.
