It was easy to get the information and everything, but they are misleading when they ask you what time you want your car to be picked up. They should let people know that it could occur at any time during business hours or after, and that if you live closer to the location of their facility, the vehicle will probably be picked up later in the day.

Overall a good process! We ended up with a fair price for our car and the entire experience was fast, easy, and personable.

It was great working with Joshua. He made everything clear and concise. They also offered the most for my vehicle out of 5 companies. The pickup and payment went seamlessly. Truly a pleasure to work with.
