Best Junkyards in Ohio

Called in advance to confirm they had the part that they showed online. They said yep we’ve got it come on in. Drove 50 min immediately after call ended to go pick up part. I arrive and they don’t have it. Unless you live next door I wouldn’t even mess with that place. They will waste your time and money and not think twice about actually checking for the part you’re wanting. I feel they don’t even check unless you walk in the door.

Parts are yet to be tested, but the experience was overall pleasant. The yard is very clean for a junk yard though a little tight. Everything's packed in there as tight as they can fit. All of the staff that I had met were really calm and down to earth. The price was definitely right as well. That is why I made a 4 hour trip to visit this place. If it weren't for the distance between us issue I would become a repeat customer no doubt.

I had the misfortune of my car breaking down very late night in Chillicothe. "Jim" responded to my Insurance carrier's page, and he arrived at my location within an hour. My car was loaded, and we began the long ride back to Kettering. Along the way, Jim and I engaged in pleasant conversation to pass the time. After my car was dropped off at my service provider, Jim then took me to my home which was only four blocks away. I was home safe and sound. Thank you

Pricing could be better, but I was treated respectfully and fairly so far. I will update my rating and review when the issue is fully resolved, as we know things are subject to change. For now, I'm somewhat satisfied. The job was done in a timely fashion. Thank you. Update: Wow! HUGE thanks to Me. Prince. He truly is a great guy. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience turned the best possible way that it could have. I really couldn't ask for more. This place was absolutely no help at all. The worst customer service I’ve ever had anywhere that I go to get used parts.

Horrible customer service you basically have to have the part number of what your looking for or they will talked to you like a your a three year old . eBay it is lol
