Highly satisfied with the service. Sadly, I had to scrap my car, and I discovered Acres Auto CASH FOR CARS would pay me the most. The pick-up was simple to schedule, and I had the option of selecting AM or PM on the day that worked best for me. I also received a call in the morning from the driver with an approximate arrival time. The transfer was quick and simple, and I received paid right away. Overall, extremely pleasant and simple.
fantastic service We've enjoyed our time with the automobile, so it's sad to see it go for good. However, the service was exceptional. I inquired yesterday, the automobile was picked up before noon today, and the money has already arrived in my bank account. Also excellent communication from the driver. Everything was quick and painless, with the exception of saying goodbye to the car:)
The entire online process was really straightforward. Even when I asked a question via email about my car, I quickly got a response. On the day of pickup, I got a call 20 minutes before they showed up, which worked out perfectly. The gentleman that picked up my automobile was kind and effective. Ive met the owner a few times over the years at car shows and such. When it was finally time to let go of my minivan her guy came to pick it up within a few hours, handed me cash and even broke into it for me to get the stuff that was locked inside. Easy-going towtruck driver who was friendly and had patience Thank you Michelle and thankyou to her crew for their spectacular service.
