Getting everything set up was kind of a pain. Had to speak with 3 different reps (first the call center, then an agent who confirmed the offer, then dispatch to schedule a pickup) to fully sell my car, but once the process was past that it was smooth sailing.

Called Ace Auto Salvage on a Wednesday. Texted information on picking up my vehicle. Within 24 hours of initial contact my vehicle was removed. No problems no issues. Had previously called 3 other Salvage companies no one would pick up vehicle without jumping through loop-holes. Gentleman from Ace company did a fabulous job. After calling all over town, I found their information and called them. They offered a higher price than all of the other companies. They arrived on time and the driver was very professional. He was very polite and he knew his job well. I watched him hook the cars up in no time at all. If ever i need old junk vehicles hauled off, I'll definitely be calling them! Thanks guys!!!
