They paid a fair price, picked up when they said they would, right on time. Mike (the driver) was personable and helpful and Otis and Jessica were both very acommodating. Getting everything set up was kind of a pain. Had to speak with 3 different reps (first the call center, then an agent who confirmed the offer, then dispatch to schedule a pickup) to fully sell my car, but once the process was past that it was smooth sailing.
