Getting everything set up was kind of a pain. Had to speak with 3 different reps (first the call center, then an agent who confirmed the offer, then dispatch to schedule a pickup) to fully sell my car, but once the process was past that it was smooth sailing.
Experience was quick. Tow truck driver very friendly, professional. He called for pick up and was flexible on the time. He gave updates en route. Had the check all ready to give to me.
