Responded to my request to sell the car very quickly, and given my car's current condition, I was very happy with the offer. Process was smooth, and pick up was quickly and very easy. Highly recommended, and will use in the future if needed.
I shopped around with many companies and the offers started a little higher, but nobody ever scheduled a pickup. Then the offers came in much lower and I said not interested. Finally, I used this service and the entire process was quick and fair! Within 24 hours my vehicle was gone. I will definitely be using them again for my other car!

Well everything was easy after made the phone call. The boss had sent over tow truck and the guy to visually inspect my vehicle within an hour. The guy showed up and was very kind. He kinda disagreed with the phone agreed price of $600 coming from his boss. But since I've been in this game before I knew the spiel. So, all we had to do was make one phone call back to the boss man and víola! I was paid $600 💵 in cash! So we've done business twice now...

The experience overall was fine. Before we had completed filing our info online, we received a call. Rather bizarre as I wasn’t done filing in information. The caller sounded foreign and was not forthcoming on their location. I had doubts about the validity of this company. I was then transferred to a “local” person to schedule the pickup. I would be called the next afternoon 1 hour before arrival. The next day, I got a call from the scheduler stating the driver had called me and I had not answered and they would have to reschedule. Neither was true, no missed calls and I had made special arrangements to be available. To top it off they said they could not pick it up until Monday or Tuesday. This was Wednesday. I know it was a holiday weekend, but I didn’t miss a call. Then over the weekend I got a couple more calls scheduling the pickup again and again. So today the hauler called me an hour out. He did show up, give me a check for the agreed upon amount and took the car. He was very nice and professional; Best part of the entire process. I would try them again, though expectations would be somewhat tempered. Maybe not around a holiday weekend would be better. The service is needed, but could be improved. The amount paid was not great, but it was ok. I had low expectations and they were met.

I took the offer and received a phone call from a representative to confirm my details and schedule a pickup time. I was kept informed by text message throughout the process. They sent a tow truck to pick up my van and wrote me a check right on the spot for the quoted price. I signed over the title and that was it. Very convenient!
