The experience overall was fine. Before we had completed filing our info online, we received a call. Rather bizarre as I wasn’t done filing in information. The caller sounded foreign and was not forthcoming on their location. I had doubts about the validity of this company. I was then transferred to a “local” person to schedule the pickup. I would be called the next afternoon 1 hour before arrival. The next day, I got a call from the scheduler stating the driver had called me and I had not answered and they would have to reschedule. Neither was true, no missed calls and I had made special arrangements to be available. To top it off they said they could not pick it up until Monday or Tuesday. This was Wednesday. I know it was a holiday weekend, but I didn’t miss a call. Then over the weekend I got a couple more calls scheduling the pickup again and again. So today the hauler called me an hour out. He did show up, give me a check for the agreed upon amount and took the car. He was very nice and professional; Best part of the entire process. I would try them again, though expectations would be somewhat tempered. Maybe not around a holiday weekend would be better. The service is needed, but could be improved. The amount paid was not great, but it was ok. I had low expectations and they were met.

They didn’t have what I needed this time, but the woman behind the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming.

Calling to sell my vehicle was a breeze. I ended up speaking with 3 different people over the span of a week, because I was initially indecisive if this was the route I wanted to take. They were extremely patient with all of my questions and took down all of vehicle's information and made me an offer. I wish it were more, but it is what it is. I was instructed to call Copart, the lot that it was designated to to schedule the pick up. I spoke with Maria, who was super helpful and wasted no time, as we spent less than 7 minutes on the phone. The following morning Martin, who was the driver, arrived much earlier than I anticipated, which was GREAT! He explained everything in detail, walked me through the signing process and proceeded to inspect and load my vehicle. Even with my old truck being unable to start and parked in my rear entry driveway, he was able to maneuver it onto his flatbed. Impressive! And I can appreciate him not being noticeably frustrated with all he had to do. Overall, if I needed to "recycle" another vehicle I would definitely be calling them back!

Wonderful experience. Very easy and they walk you through the simple process. They came the next day on time dropped me a check and picked up the car. Thanks guys!

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME. said they were gonna come pick up cars after it dried up some and i waited days just for it to rain again. It was the second time I've called and was told they wanted the cars just to never hear anything back. Was told I'd get $300 for cars with the muffler and engine I literally got $100.

Very fast pickup and a reasonable price. I recommend them for sure.

Started out with fried calamari and it was light and fluffy. Delicious. Entre I had veal Jerusalem my brother had veal Marsalis. Both were authentic and wonderful. Really enjoyed it very much.

Don gave me a fair price on my car. He also worked hard to get it loaded up. My driveway made it difficult to maneuver and load my car but he made it work.
