This business delivered as advertised. I had an older van that that I no longer needed and wished to sell. I filled out information about my vehicle on their website and received a quote online. I took the offer and received a phone call from a representative to confirm my details and schedule a pickup time. I was kept informed by text message throughout the process. They sent a tow truck to pick up my van and wrote me a check right on the spot for the quoted price. I signed over the title and that was it. Very convenient!
We had a car that was pretty much totaled and I needed a quick sale. Cash for cars offered me more than any of the other places a called and they stuck to their offer. I met the tow truck driver and was handed a check on the spot for exactly what I was offered online and it was completed within 2 business days. Easy.
The whole process from putting in info online to create an offer to making the initial call to set up a pick up was super easy. It was so easy that I had myself second guessing if it was true!! I got my offer and check within 3 business days!!! Would recommend!!!!

The experience overall was fine. Before we had completed filing our info online, we received a call. Rather bizarre as I wasn’t done filing in information. The caller sounded foreign and was not forthcoming on their location. I had doubts about the validity of this company. I was then transferred to a “local” person to schedule the pickup. I would be called the next afternoon 1 hour before arrival. The next day, I got a call from the scheduler stating the driver had called me and I had not answered and they would have to reschedule. Neither was true, no missed calls and I had made special arrangements to be available. To top it off they said they could not pick it up until Monday or Tuesday. This was Wednesday. I know it was a holiday weekend, but I didn’t miss a call. Then over the weekend I got a couple more calls scheduling the pickup again and again. So today the hauler called me an hour out. He did show up, give me a check for the agreed upon amount and took the car. He was very nice and professional; Best part of the entire process. I would try them again, though expectations would be somewhat tempered. Maybe not around a holiday weekend would be better. The service is needed, but could be improved. The amount paid was not great, but it was ok. I had low expectations and they were met.
