This company did a fantastic job on towing our truck. The office people were polite, their trucks were fast to the site, the driver Otez was very careful and got it done right. Highly recommend this towing company! Pricing was very reasonable.
I had called around to several places asking for prices and what got me was the super nice woman who answered the phone. She took the time to explain their pricing and not one other place had the time or patience to do that so I was sold. We didn't have to wait long before the tow truck showed up. The driver named Santos is one of the friendliest people we have ever met. Great pricing and exceptional service is what you get at Erika's. If we ever need a tow truck in the future, we're definitely calling them.

Wish they gave more then 300 for a running 2009 nissan quest brutally is good. It was time for me to move on from that van. Only got rid of it cuz heading to Houston and it was running rough so didn't want to have a break down .. but all good
The reason for my rating was that they arrived promptly when I called for a wrecker. I thought the price was a little steep. So that brought it down a star. It's still better than having windows broken on your car while it sits unattended on the side of the road.

This business delivered as advertised. I had an older van that that I no longer needed and wished to sell. I filled out information about my vehicle on their website and received a quote online. I took the offer and received a phone call from a representative to confirm my details and schedule a pickup time. I was kept informed by text message throughout the process. They sent a tow truck to pick up my van and wrote me a check right on the spot for the quoted price. I signed over the title and that was it. Very convenient!
