On our most recent visit to Pull A Part, we encountered once again what appears to be par for the course here. The front end personnel are rude and lack knowledge of their own products and services. Today, we just wanted to exchange a battery and were told to wait. After waiting about 15 minutes, we asked if there were any batteries available because we didn't see any. Mind you, associates have walked past us, another was at the computer and she ignored us even after we told her what we needed. Finally a man came to help but at this point frustration has set in. He's asking us for our information which the associate at the computer is inputting and we still don't know if any batteries are available. What purpose would it serve to have our information if there are no batteries because that is all we needed? We asked for a manager but of course, he was the manager. Sigh... The problem is lack of service in a service industry. People choose to visit your establishment, but service brings them back. Pull A Part needs to work on their service because they lost a customer today. We will no longer spend money where we are not valued.

Deceptive business practices. Confirmed the color code of the fender prior to purchase, noted light scratches. Part is completely different shade, the "light scratches" as described are failing clear coat and trying to save money I ended up with a part that I'll need to repaint. Waste of time, money and resources. Ignored follow up email after the part was received.

I ordered a seat, but only wanted the back cover (easily removable). Willing to pay for the whole seat but just wanted the back covered mailed. Called every week to find out where it was, and received excuses and honestly at this point pretty much lies. Three employees including the manager couldn't get it done. My final phone call with the manager was, him: "I just looked at the seat and it has a little bit of damag, Do you still want it", That was his escape goat for lack of care from him and his employees. Dear owner, no need to respond because more excuses and unnecessary lies are not welcomed. Most of your reviews look pretty good, wish that was the case for my experience. No need for names, 2011 Acura TL brown leather seat.
They're my 1st call when I need parts and I can trust that those parts are still in good shape or they'll make it right. They should be more popular for how good they are with parts and customer service, but I'm really glad they're not, so I don't have to worry about them not having the parts I need.
