I only wish I could leave a 10 star review! I ordered an overhead console from HPC through eBay for my 06 Acura. I made an offer and Wade accepted it at a fair price for both of us. He then kindly agreed to send it by UPS instead of USPS because I needed it quickly. It arrived on time and it was in great condition, but unfortunately, the HFL chip wasn't working. I contacted Wade again to see if he had another one available. He responded that not only did he have the part, but he would send it to me without cost to replace the first one! I was blown away by that level of customer service. That's how you earn a great reputation and loyal customers. I'm so happy I found HPC Import Salvage and they are my new go to store for parts. Thanks, Wade and please be safe in this crazy Covid world.

I ordered a seat, but only wanted the back cover (easily removable). Willing to pay for the whole seat but just wanted the back covered mailed. Called every week to find out where it was, and received excuses and honestly at this point pretty much lies. Three employees including the manager couldn't get it done. My final phone call with the manager was, him: "I just looked at the seat and it has a little bit of damag, Do you still want it", That was his escape goat for lack of care from him and his employees. Dear owner, no need to respond because more excuses and unnecessary lies are not welcomed. Most of your reviews look pretty good, wish that was the case for my experience. No need for names, 2011 Acura TL brown leather seat.
They're my 1st call when I need parts and I can trust that those parts are still in good shape or they'll make it right. They should be more popular for how good they are with parts and customer service, but I'm really glad they're not, so I don't have to worry about them not having the parts I need.
Been coming here for years always great deals always great prices always friendly faces they let you wash their hands they have golf cart rentals they've got it all here the cars parts that I was looking for were pretty picked over this time you guys need to work on that pull apart that's why this is four stars instead of five chop chop
