I made an appt to get my personal items out of my car that had been towed there. Arrived on time and called after about 5 min. of waiting. I was told I needed an appt. I explained that that was the reason I was there...that I had already made an appt. I was told that someone would be there as soon as they could. I waited no less than 25 min for someone to show up. Not sure who sets up the appts but not letting anyone know about it is poor communication.
Quick, fast and made easy. The owner was incredibly professional and consistently kept in contact until everyone was satisfied with the deal and service. Would recommend!
The thing I really like about Morris Auto is if they can't help they'll tell you or give you advice of what the problem may be. They aren't out to rip you off like a lot of places. They installed my fuel pump (plus towing) I didn't have a heart attack when I saw the bill

I don't think they want anyone's business. They don't answer the phone or email requests for parts. I tried to contact them both ways with no response. Tried calling at several different times on 2 separate days. No answer. Sent a form request (from their website) to verify stock of a part showing in their inventory. No response. Are they still in business?? I'm not driving 50 miles to find out.
Bought an e93 seat from them recently, tensioner and restraint were both faulty on the seat. They were not willing to work with me — poor customer service.

They didn't have my part but this was one of the best and most organized yards I have ever visited. I wish this place was not 3 hours away from me. The staff was very professional and helpful. Only gripe was difficult reaching them on phone because of the automation on the phone. However, their website was extremely easy to find cars in their lot and when they arrived.
