Scheduled pickup window of about 3 hours, 11-2. I received a call right around 11 to let me know that they were en route. I received a phone call when they arrived. I met with a man who talked to me for a minute, looked around my car and took some photos of the car, then handed my money a few minutes later after talking with someone on the phone. The whole thing was surprisingly simple. I was nervous about the whole thing, but overall it was a very quick and easy experience for me, within 10 minutes of the tow truck arriving I had my money and was back inside my apartment. Staff was generally pleasant, and I appreciated the fact they kept me updated with time estimates.

These people a thieves plain and simple, they use city contacts to tow your vehicle to their lot and when you go there to retrieve it they use fraudulent tactics to hold on to your vehicle to rack up storage costs even after you've provided the necessary state citified documents. I had to get the police involved before my vehicle was released to me. Most of the parts they sell are from people's cars they've withheld so long they can't afford to get it and have to give up on it.

I just had a 109K miles damaged motor replaced in my Nissan Quest van along with other front suspension items installed. I didn't want to give up on, or junk my van for it is in still in excellent shape otherwise and the price of new and used vehicles are insane. Tim Narr their Service Manager was most helpful finding a 46K miles motor to replace my original damaged motor and keeping me updated on their progress. Their mechanics did a beautiful - seamless installation, it runs like new and they truly saved my vehicle. I realize it is not a new or rebuilt motor but there is NO comparison between Al's Auto and what other shops and Nissan dealerships were quoting me for the engine repair. THANK YOU Al's for an honest reasonably priced job and for the tremendous savings compared to others. It feels amazing to have my van back on the road again.
