I took my car in for an issue with one tire. I was offered two used tires (great condition) and then and oil change was done. I was also let know about a couple of other work that i should think about doing. I have to say that I didnt realize how poorly my car was running until after the service. It runs and sounds so much better with new oil (something I neglect alot) I've already told a few others about this place because I will def be back.

Highly recommended! I have been searching and searching for a set of used tires in a hard to find size and he had them! Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE! He came and met me on a crazy changing schedule and after hours. Thank you! ☺️
Just had Zach the owner pick up my car. Very reputable; scheduling was very easy and quick. Fast, reputable, and fair.
Great service. Zach got back to me right away, worked something out that worked for both our schedules. Was prompt and on-time for pick-up of car (salvaged/junked). Flatbed truck driver (Jeremy) was courteous and filled out/signed all the necessary paperwork without a fuss. Provided check on the spot. Will certainly do business with them again if I have the need.

I had a part shipped to me and it arrived the next day and works perfectly.

Pretty poor place if you ask me, we had to HAND LOAD 3 10 foot beams on the back of our flat bed and this nice man came over to help us with the beams. What I’m going to assume was the manager, came over and told him that he could not help me and my husband lift these beams that were about 60lbs each beam. The older lady wasn’t the nicest, but the younger one was absolutely amazing. If just the younger one was there, I would definitely go back. The amount of disrespect in this place just from that one woman is unreal..
First of all i waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came, they have no Bell to ring They don't have an inventory so you have to go look for your parts and pull them yourself.. very expensive.. they told me to drive down here and take a look which was a half an hour drive just for them to tell me how expensive the parts were and they couldn't tell me this over the phone but they told me personally when I got down there... Staying off my list of places to get Auto parts.. they wanted to charge $50 just for the grill I can get a brand new one online for $35 and my lens online for $20 so I get both my products for the same price they want for a used product that you have to pull yourself..
This place understands great customer service. While they didn't have the part I needed, they actually checked their system and find an alternate junk yard in another city that did. Now that's service! Way to go above and beyond.

Tried to get someone on the phone to check vehicle mileage (was not on website) because it’s a 30+ min drive for us and would be a waste of gas and $ admission to go and check ourselves. Was hung up on once and when finally got a representative on the phone, was told this is the “wrong” line for the question and then the line went radio silent. Incredibly horrendous and lazy service. I am incredibly disappointed as I usually had ok experiences in person. Edit: if your phone system is going to prompt customers to go to your website instead of actually helping your customers, at LEAST have all the information on the website.
Easy. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Fast. All the things u want when ordering anything over the phone let alone auto parts. Mike was awesome, someone might say his service was "rock" solid.
