Great place to get lost in thought looking for auto and other parts. They do their best to keep the mud down and offer wheel barrels to haul your tools and parts you get. It saves you money by pulling your own part and you can get all your cussing and kinks worked out there so you are calm and look professional installing your new part on your vehicle in front of the wife haha. Because of this review they are refusing to warranty my transmission. I called to see if they were going to honor my warrantee and they told me flat out that if i didn't take down my review they would not give me my replacement under warrantee unless i pulled my review and BBB complaint. i guess their 30 day warrantee isn't any good. Update. Transmission is junk. Only reverse, no forward gears. Bought a supposedly tested transmission for an f150 from them. Bottom of the pan is smashed in and there was no filter inside when I went to install a new one. Highly doubt they "tested" it.

1st time I called them went great, said part will be ready tomorrow AM. Went the next day and they said it's not going to be ready till next week. I agree to come next week but I called them to make sure bc it was a 45 min drive for me. Called them and gave me the same response and said they'll call me back but they apologized so I was cool with it and agreed for next week. Time went by and waited 2 months to get a part. 2 months. And still didn't have it ready. I had to be the one calling them to check when I was told they were too call me back. Last time I called price went from $100 to $250 probably bc they couldn't do the job correctly and wanted to compensate for stupidity. This place is useless to get parts. I could of pulled it myself in 30min. Still didn’t get my part.

Warning! Reliable Auto Parts insisted they had no other way to accept payment except taking my credit card info over the phone before they would ship a $106 2010 Honda spindle to me. Because I couldn't find this part anywhere else and I need my vehicle for work I gave them my credit card information. Less than 2 hours later I got a notice from my credit card company that there was an unusual charge to my card using a different phone. Sure enough, someone from "Reliable Auto Parts" had attempted to use my card for a $425 charge at Walmart online. I had to cancel my card immediately. I give this review hoping to protect anyone else from being ripped off. Very sad that they would steal from someone just trying to find an affordable way to get their vehicle running again.

Every time I want something from then it’s more the a hour wait and the last time I wanted a motor it took the 4 hours to fine it and I lived 1.5 hours away and when they did find it it was not the right motor. This place is just too slow and it needs to be updated for customer service. No one should have to wait that long to get a part.

Ive been dealing with salvage yards all my life ! Was a buy here pay here dealer for 30 years ! Im used to friendly family owned business where if u frequent often or buy more than just some random small parts being able to negotiate! Chris was very helpful and willing to deal ! Great people ! In an age where Multi Billion $ companies are buying out all the small guys ! Nice to see all is not lost and there is a thing called service hospitality reasonable prices ! Highly recommend them ! You wont be disappointed! Ill return whenever they have parts i need !
