I give them 3 stars for their fair prices. Their inventory is bad. They might have around 25 cars, trucks, and suvs altogether. The vehicles they do have are all almost completely stripped or unusable. They do have a decent scrap yard though...

These guys were great, easy to talk to staff and they had the part I needed. Shipping was quick and the price was right. Left my number with someone late Tuesday, got a call back early Wednesday, they had the part ready to ship. They were honest as to not knowing the functionality of the radio I was buying and were quick to send a photo of the part. There was damage to the face which they were upfront with. The part worked great, they were responsive and I'm happy. Not a normal buying experience these days so they get 5 stars from me. Thanks guys.
This is by far one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with.....Superior customer service with that southern hospitality AAAA++++++
BUYER BEWARE! If you don't want a 90 day warranty (and reading other reviews, it doesn't appear they honor them as they should), be sure to tell the cashier. I was charged over $20 for warranties covering a plastic trunk liner, a plastic trim piece, 2 sun visors and a door handle. I noticed this when I got to my truck, went back in and was told there was nothing they could do since I walked out of the yard. The cashier (he has a big chipped tooth) said he didn't have "credentials" to do a refund, then mentioned I left the yard. I was out of "the yard" for 2 mins max. The customer service there is lacking, so buy there at your own risk. I'll be making a longer drive to 109 U Pull it here on out. Best of luck LKQ and hope you start teaching your employees what Customer Service really should be. Take care of your customers.....they might be the ones keeping you in business (insert sarcasm here).

Came to our house after offering the highest amount. Paid us what he said he was gonna give. And took it off our hands! Good guy!!! Can't go wrong with Don!!!

Now this is what an automobile recycle salvage yard should look like. I’m driving the extra 30 miles to Durham to avoid the Clayton Raleigh LKQ Pick a Part. The spaces on every car are well marked. The yard is pretty dang clean. The staff are all friendly. They even ask which parts you’d like to buy a 90 day warranty on before just slapping the fee on there. Damon helped me at the checkout a few times. He’s a very gregarious young man. He knows a good bit about cars too. It’s refreshing to deal with folks that don’t hate their jobs. I’ll be back for a few items next week. Thanks y’all!

Giving them a 5 stars partially because they where a respectful and laid back group of guys who have done business with my mom for a while now and have done some great work. secondly because of the 1966 mustang the owner built ask to see some pictures and you will understand what I mean 👏🏼. …
The 2 brother's are great people to deal with. There very helpful and have great prices on there parts. I'm happy to travel from Lexington to there place.
