Mark was very helpful, as was yardman, unfortunately didn't get his name. Reasonable prices, large inventory. Small town friendliness.
Had what we needed, quick call and yup they had it, Ran up there, quick charge and we were out.
Fast, friendly, affordable I'll definitely be going back

Unless you are a commercial account or buying something expensive you won’t get much help here. Was told they were to busy to help me look for my jeep parts, then proceeded to send my disabled rear out in the mud pit that is “the yard”. I nearly fell several times and was stuck for a while as well. My fault for trying I suppose but still the poor demeanor and dismissive attitude of these people make me wish I wasn’t disabled. They need slapped a lot and I would have if I had seen someone in my situation being treated like that.
I can’t express how thankful I am for the service my grandparents received. They needed a transmission, and nobody in Kansas had one available. My grandparents made the 6hr+ drive to Springfield and one of the workers stayed over for an hour so they could get it that day. Even though this place was a last resort due to distance, we were far from disappointed with the outcome. We would willingly make the drive again for the service.

As a former employee I know I can go out there and find just about anything I need. Reasonably priced and they have a wide variety of vehicles. I've always been treated pretty good. It may take some time for them to get to what you need, they are usually pretty busy and short handed. Overall I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.
The lady on the phone was almost impossible to hear. She was also incredibly rude and would not take the time to listen to what I was trying to ask. This phone number is listed under 2 junk yards, so when I went to call the other one she answered. As soon as I tried saying “Hi we’re looking for parts-“ she interrupted me and very rudely said “I just talked to you.” and then hung up on me. I would not recommend at all, you can find way better service at other places. Sorrels in Columbia has amazing customer service, and so do many others around. Do not try to go here expecting anything other then no help at all and a very rude worker.
My Fiance and I went there once and bought a lot of neat carts and a pallet jack. The man whom we dealt with was friendly and polite. Having such a good encounter there before led us to return when we had more money. Only this time the pleasant man wasn't there. Instead we were confronted by a raspy voiced man, hateful as all could be. He asked us what business we had there, and when I told him we bought some carts and a pallet jack from there a few months back, and was looking to get another pallet jack, an electric pallet jack. He said he wasn't buying our pallet story, then he told us "You best get along down that there road if you know what's good for you". We were left speechless and in shock. So we did as the hateful man said and left
