9;35am my husband call asking did they have a Kia Forte 2018 part was informed that they didn’t have any. Call back asking did they have something that was compatible.. not a minute into the phone call they hang up phone in my face “ we told U we don’t have the part” then says the computer was still showing the worker search results just to be heard in back ground talking nonsense. ZERO STARS would be a better rating for this crook. After buying a transmission I realize its a couple of years newer than what i needed and everything wouldn't hook up right. So first thing the next morning I take it back to see if he would return it or possibly see if he had one that was a little older he refused to look through his inventory for another one and told me it was $125 restocking fee!! Are you for real? Im 2 and a half hours away from my house and had very limited funds and he didn't mind stealing my money one bit... customers beware!

First time dealing with this company and they were great! A local salvage yard promised a part for two days but never delivered. Anita made sure we for the part quickly and at a better price. I will be calling AA first for any hard to find parts.

The guy at the gate is VERY RUDE! He always charges almost new prices, but when anyone else is there, the prices are very reasonable. I use to enjoy going here, but his attitude has turned me away. I’m going to find somewhere else to go with better quality and better choice of parts.

Josh was awesome. Was on the phone with him for quite awhile trying to find some headlights for a 2014 Acadia. Best parts guy I’ve talked to overall in my 10 years of being a technician

Did me so right after being done soooo wrong by Economy. They ordered a motor for me. It was shipped in and in the back of my pickup headed to the shop in 2 1/2 days!! Thanks fellas!! You've gained a customer for life!
