Great experience! I was told they had a part I needed. I called up to verify and Chris was very helpful. He verified they had the part and explained to me the process. I did the two hour drive up there. He explained his guys were removing a part for another customer and after that they would get to mine. In a reasonable amount of time they were back with my part. I paid what we agreed upon ahead of time and was on my way. As others have described, they were very friendly, reasonable in how long I had to wait, and the price was very fair. I would definitely do the drive again if they had a part I needed.
After months of searching, we finally located an entire dash for our 27-year-old Lexus ES300 from Michigan Auto Recyclers. Chris, the owner, not only sent us detailed pictures of the dash, but also patiently answered our many questions and concerns. After seeing the excellent condition of the dash and its accessories, we realized this was a one-of-a-kind find! The dash was carefully removed so as not to break the fragile A/C vents--as promised! We live in Texas, so everything was professionally wrapped, boxed, and securely strapped for shipment. It was delivered to our home via Fed-Ex within 4-5 days. We are very pleased with our overall experience, the excellent condition of the entire dash, and the way we were treated by Michigan Auto Recyclers staff. Will definitely do business with them again.

If you can't find your new or used Sled Parts here, chances are, you ain't gonna find it ! Upon my first visit to their huge inventory inside and 30 acres of retired Sleds, I was like a "Kid in a Candy Store" !!!! Great Service and got a super deal on what I was looking for. They even let me borrow tools.
Don't know how they stay in business, they never have what you are lookin for and they don't seem intrested in helping to locate the part ,been there probably 10 times and same story and they're never friendly kinda feels like they just want you out of their building
Excellent service, super nice guys, had what i needed and then some. Anyone with a project car, fixer upper, this is a great place! Even pointed out some repairs i should get! Car drives 200% better, should have given a much larger tip!
