Came to try and replace a side light on my car after a bad pullout next to a tree, they didn't have my part but Steve helped me fix my crooked bumper and wouldn't take any money. I haven't done business with this business, but i can say that at a minimum, they have a great guy working here. Thanks Steve!

Brent Nelson is an amazing guy! Always very helpful with anything you are having troubles with. If you are looking for a specific part, he will help find it even if he doesn’t have it on site. Highly recommended!
Very pleasant person I worked with and picked up my car for free. In fact even paid me a little bit for the car. Thumbs up all the way.
This place has a HUGE selection of cars, I was able to find 3 cars matching mine. It costed less than $200 to get new interior trim pieces, new mirrors, badges, hood, fender, and bumper for my car, all in great condition. If you're looking to get a new/fixed part for your car, this is definitely a place to go to.
Options galore. Maybe not some of the latest models, because calling in or stopping by to check vehicle model availability would be best. Purchased a couple of batteries last year that are still working strong. Know your parts and part numbers that your are looking for. Though, the parts counter guys are pretty knowledgeable.
I hadn’t investigated the Springville yard for last couple years since opened because I was just visiting my usual places. But this past week on my first trip I bought tons of later model parts for all my cars and my kids’ cars (10-25 year old cars instead of 20+ at other pick your own). I also bought one of their running vehicles that first week for a kid but fell in love with it so it’s now become my own little project car. I also sold them the one I was replacing with it and feel like I got a great price. And the best thing is how clean and how organized they really are. On a 50% off sales day we just whipped right through paying for parts and every step of yard scrounging. I love going scrounging junk yards regularly and have forced my kids and a couple times my wife to go with me. But this Springville yard is actually super fun and we’ll organized. One of my sons came with me on this past Saturday sales trip and he was grinning when we were done and told my wife that I had found all kinds of “shiny” things that I was so excited about.
A flawless transaction. Cody was most helpful and knowledgeable. I sent him a photo. He came back with an immediate response and told me the rim would be at Transwest the next day. When I went to pick it up, it was sitting in the front office with an invoice…..ready to go. All of my questions were answered timely and Cody was most pleasant to work with. I have just found my new go-to source for parts. Thank your Transwest.
Now that Pull-N-Save no longer does half price Wednesdays, this yard has the best prices in Salt Lake. Row52 inventory integration makes it incredibly easy to check if they have what I need. I really like that they post their upcoming vehicles for the week in the lobby. Their facilities are usually the cleanest, and they provide hand washing sinks (why the other yards don't do this is bizarre). Vehicles are placed on stands made from welded wheels, standard practice, very stable, makes getting parts from under the vehicle painless. However, nearly every single wheel has been pulled from the yard, there is absolutely nothing to use to stand on to access an engine compartment from the top. God help you if you need a part from a truck that requires top down access like a cylinder head and aren't 8 feet tall, you just aren't going to get it. It regularly takes 20 minutes to check in or out. None of the other yards have the endemic staffing issues this place does, with always at least 3 people working registers rather than one person pulling triple duty with check in and check out and parts interchange. Update Sept 2020: Staffing issues still not addressed, once again took over ten minutes to check out despite being the only person in line to pay because cashier was pulling triple duty with answering phones, parts interchange, check-in and check out. Needed to pull several engines, out of nine possible donor vehicles seven had their engines pulled out, flipped upside down, and smashed across the hood of the car destroying anything of value inside the engine compartment. Why even bother running a you-pull if you're just going to destroy everything before placing it in the yard? Crush the cars and don't waste anyone's time. Asked and was told it's how they remove cats. This is a recent change, you didn't used to do this. I've been to parts yards across the country, no other yard does this. You need a new foreman or general manager. It's unlikely I'll be back, there are plenty of other parts yards in Salt Lake that aren't run like a complete clown show.
I had a great experience here! I have been looking for several months for a side mirrow for our vehicle (it was clipped and damaged) and was dismayed at the prices I encountered at the dealership and other used auto part locations. Not only did All Truck and Car have the correct part and color (happy luck), but Stavaro was friendly and helpful on the phone. Not only did he confirm that they had the correct part, but he pulled it quickly that day and I was able to pick it up that very afternoon. Their price was much lower than other prices I had been quoted which was another plus. When I arrived at the location not only was it organized and clean (much different than other places I had visited,) I was met and greeted by several employees with smiles and a willingness to help. After paying for the part, Stavaro went above and beyond and actually removed the old mirror and installed the new one! This was certainly not expected on my end, but was definitely so appreciated. Two other friendly employees came out to to see if he needed help. This was such a refreshing experience after all of the other hassle I had been through trying to find the correct part. Many yards I had visited you needed to bring your own tools to remove the part and they were actually kind of scary to visit. It was also a challenge to confirm if they did or didn't have the correct part due to them not answering the phone, not having an updated inventory etc. Not only did I feel comfortable visiting this location, I felt that I was well taken care of by the employees during every part of the transaction. I would definitely come here again and would recommend to friends.
