Best Junkyards in West Raleigh North Carolina

Well I bought a part for a real good deal a few months ago for a good deal. Face to face. Then I needed another part. Called and that person said yes we have it and gave me a good price. That person said they was gonna have someone get it ready and make sure it was the exact right part. They would call me back. Later someone else called from a different number and said sir we have it come on and get it. I said ok. He then said by they way. It's not gonna be the price you was told. His price was 5 times more than that. That's wrong. I dunno what's up with that. But once you quote someone you should go or what you said. Instead of trying to up the price so high I can buy it brand new for that price and with a warranty. I have bought everything I needed there. I will never ever again. Almost all the parts I've ever needed was from here. But I'll never again return. Only to speak with the owner. You word is your bond. I was given one price 2 times. Then a different person totally jacked up the price. And this is a part that you won't know if it's good till it's on and running. So if I'd of paid that high price and it was bad...then what...

The food lion all your basic everyday needs. They are not a discount store but I like the hometown feel. There are a wide variety of products from fruit to picnic items. The folks are very nice and they keep the store clean and well stocked.

I work for an automotive repair shop and always use Wayne's Auto Salvage as our go to salvage yard. They have all kinds of parts and are pretty good with deliveries. Spencer is my go to guy. He is super helpful and really cares about the quality of the parts that he sends out and the satisfaction of the customer. He goes above and beyond to make the experience an easy, pleasant one!! Had car reserved to drive (4) hours. However, wasn't going to leave untill I talk to someone and be sure I was getting my part. As stated in previous complaints its true, they could careless. Talk to ty once a week ago. I've been calling ever since. Want to thank the previous reviews and warnings to stay away. Glad I didn't assume and drive (4) hours for nothing. If there that miserable they should get out of the business.

BUYER BEWARE! If you don't want a 90 day warranty (and reading other reviews, it doesn't appear they honor them as they should), be sure to tell the cashier. I was charged over $20 for warranties covering a plastic trunk liner, a plastic trim piece, 2 sun visors and a door handle. I noticed this when I got to my truck, went back in and was told there was nothing they could do since I walked out of the yard. The cashier (he has a big chipped tooth) said he didn't have "credentials" to do a refund, then mentioned I left the yard. I was out of "the yard" for 2 mins max. The customer service there is lacking, so buy there at your own risk. I'll be making a longer drive to 109 U Pull it here on out. Best of luck LKQ and hope you start teaching your employees what Customer Service really should be. Take care of your customers.....they might be the ones keeping you in business (insert sarcasm here).
