This was my second time here doing business with this company. The service offered was great. Eric did a good job and displayed a good demeanor . The price was reasonable. I highly recommend NYC auto parts.

Called and spoke to Alex about junking my 2000 malibu after my mechanic informed me that my head gasket was blown on the car. Besides that the back fender was dented completely in and the trunk wouldn't open , amongst other things. He gave me a great deal with towing included for my bucket. He was prompt and very courteous. I recommend this company to any one that needs to get rid of their junk vehicle!!

I am very thankful to have found Chip and Sally at Hackensack Auto Wreckers. Sally assisted me with finding a new front bumper for my car, answered all my questions. Sally was transparent about pricing and kept in touch when the parts came in, went out for paint, and when they were dropped off for installment. The turn around time was very quick! I had the best experience at Express auto salvage! I have been looking for a new car door for months in this specific color and I had no luck. When I called express they were so helpfull, they had the exact door I was looking for and, gave me an amazing price. I called around 1pm and the door had to be orderd from another location. The door arrived the very next day at 8am! Super fast delivery. On top of that he asked if I wanted the door to be installed, I literally sat in the car while the door was being put on and it took less than 10 minutes (and the instillation also wasn't expensive) The new door was nice and shiney and had no scratches. 5/5 stars I would definitely recommend!

I was looking to get rid of my 99 Honda Accord and I went with the first place I called. They were paying me a nice amount, more than I was expecting. I had lost the key to the car and I thought I couldn’t get my stuff out, but he told me no problem don’t worry I’ll get it open. He took off plates and It was such a quick transaction. I will definitely use this company again and he was so nice and professional.
