I was sad letting go of my car as I really didn't want to, but had to do it. These guys are freaking awesome and they speak spanish as well. They made it very easy even without a car title. They were very humble. They made a pretty good offer on my car and ofcourse I said yes. They pay you fairly, not like others that offer little to no money. The money was given to me cash right there and then. I would definitely recommend these guys! I am super satisfied with how easy they made it for me even without a car title in hand. They were able to pick the vehicle earlier than expected. The handoff was simple and seamless.

Typical hold time is about 20 minutes and I call in often. Pricing is a bit better than pic- a -part. But the Eugene location seems to be more expensive than every other B and R location.
