Troy's Wrecker Service did us right in a time of need. The company and driver were very professional and compassionate about our situation. We broke down Thanksgiving day in Shepherdsville KY 200 miles from home and Troy's wrecker service got us home and did not take advantage of the situation when figuring the price. The price was fair and they came right to us and brought us and our jeep home. This company is top notch and the driver very professional respectful and took care of our vehicle the entire trip. Clean trucks, clean driver and was a good ride home. We can honestly say all experiences in those 2 days made it the best Thanksgiving we have had in a long time. They had everythang, But they did NOT have a ford explorer left side quarter window vent. They couldn't help me. But they are nice and pointed me in the right direction.

When I called they said they had an engine with 105k miles. Drove three hours to wait an hour for them to bring out an engine in laughable condition. When I searched the vin number I found the engine had double the miles. Do not recommend at all I buy used engines all of the time and never had such a horrible experience.

Very quick service, same day. Adam and Mitch were a great help in getting rid of an eyesore that sat in my yard. I didn't have to do anything at all and they were very polite.

Went there got a transfer case for a good price treated me nice even gave me a old rug to put in the back of my car 🚙 so it wouldn’t get greasy. Put transfer case in and worked just fine ...I recommend evens wrecker and salvage for everyone..... …

I had another place stand me up, but Bessler's saved the day! Had my X's old vehicle stuck in my driveway for years! After finally getting a title, Bessler's removed it within 24hr of my call. They were polite and fast! I'm so excited to finally have a good place to park, and my yard looks so much cleaner! Thank you so much to Bessler's, couldn't have asked for more!

Had a very great experience at grade A. workers Tiffany and Shanda in building number 8, were very helpful. Explained everything thoroughly and we're all together very professional with their job. Had great attitudes and will definitely be back to scrap here again.
