The gentleman who gave me a quote gave me one price over the phone and then another once the tow truck was on the way. I would've given my business to a different company who offered me more for my car except this company gave me the highest quote by phone. This felt disingenuous but we negotiated a price in the end. They also told me someone would arrive at 745 to 800 am and they came at 11am. Overall probably par for the course for a junk car business.

This truck almost hit us on the road. It looked like he was on the phone and he swerved suddenly and went into our lane. He was speeding and zigzagging through traffic. We almost went down the side of the highway. This was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life.

Extremely unhappy with there customer service and service in general. I drove 30 mins to meet them to have them not show. Don't use them if you value you time. They don't respond back and I am very upset with them. Do not recommend them for anything.
