⚠️TERRIBLE AND VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I simply asked them some questions on the phone about towing my truck. I was told it would take 43 minutes and the shop was only 15 minutes away from where my truck stopped. I was the only truck on the side of the road and the driver drove right pass me. When he came back and gave an estimate he automatically told me he would be charging me for two hours. My father stated that it was a bit high when the shop was only 15 minutes away. When I mentioned we would need to be towed the driver was rude. Slamming doors all because we questioned the price and how long it took. I didn’t say anything but was told he should’ve charged me more to drive back to the office. ❌❌DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE MISTREATED.. They’re absolutely terrible to deal with 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼❌❌❌

Went online and filled out the form with my vehicle details. Received an online quote for $350.00. Hit the submit button to accept the offer but it stayed on that page. So I called instead and spoke to a representative about the car, gave him the exact same information I gave online and was only offered $300.00. I asked why there was a discrepancy and he could not give me a valid reason, only stating 'take it or leave it'.

Very pleased with process was not difficult. We live in pewaukee and daughter neglected her maintenance on auto so we wanted it removed you simply send them your year make and model and address and they schedule a time to take it. Best to find your title first before sending a message because they need to verify car information. Good family business would recommend to anyone I know

Fair price and showed up when he said he would. Would recommend to everyone. The guy was polite and friendly. Some companies out there have pretty creepy drivers. Glad I chose SS.
