Call for a part and this guy was disrespectful he has a attitude problem towards customers

My father used your services and was truly impressed with the level of service he received. The response time was phenomenal and the return amount for his vehicle was better than even I would've thought. Amazing company you guys have. My dad was truly pleased.

Sold my car to this company after it was broken into and burgled. Was offered $500 for my car the way it was, when they came to pick it up they said they can only give me $380 as the catalytic converter was missing. I had the pictures that their tow truck driver took of the missing part examined by a Honda specialist who showed me that the part was indeed still there and not missing. They scammed me out of what was originally offered. While cleaning out my vehicle i left the EZpass behind which i had not realized until weeks later when i went to look at my statement to find that my EZpass has made several trips in and out of Manhattan since selling my car. I went to their advertised location to speak to them and all I found was a residential building that had a real-estate lockbox on the door.

I needed to get rid of my old car, and fast. I didn't want the hassle of trying to sell it myself, so I looked into a few cash for junk car services. This was by far the best option. They were easy to work with, and they paid me the best price for my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their car.

Was looking for a new rim for my car, called in the morning and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice. Kind gentleman took my name and vehicle information down and notified me once my auto part was in the shop. Very fast same day service! Came in to pick it up and again was greeted by friendly staff at the front counter. This has to be one of the easiest, fastest and best experiences I’ve had when searching for auto parts. Highly recommend them!
