They are a junk yard and say they will pick up junk cars but wont pick up mine because it is in grass. Their reasoning “we dont want to tear up your grass.” They literally have my permission to “tear up my grass” i just want the car taken! So disappointing for them to not do what they advertise.

We got a great price for our wrecked car and the phone support was great. The pick up was a run around. Our car was at a wrecking lot 3.5hrs from our house. We tried to time it to meet the tow truck driver the hand off the title and get the check, but the driver took the car without calling us while we were waiting around the corner. After a few hours of waiting and running around town, we were able to pick up the check. What would probably be a 10 minute handoff for most folks was a 10 hour day for us.
