Had found what I was looking for brought it to the front desk. Lady Senior(white hair with glasses) gave me a price told her I'll be right back in a second the moneys in the car once I returned they then increase the price because both employees working behind desk has their own opinion on prices. Another time I had Spoke to the boss over the phone Came to an agreement after explaining carefully . When I showed up the boss wasn't there they then Had a different opinion didn't follow through with their agreement on a Exchange for more working/Better part.

They have no fixed price. One manager gives one price when you take off the part other manager will give you another price. I have been here a few times and all the time the same story. The last time I tried to buy tires, the first manager gave me $ 30 each, then anoder one gave $35+$5. We are trying to save money going to them, but eventually, we are paying more and getting terrible customer service.

Called at 8am. Was quoted a very fair price for my junker. 9:30am I had the quoted amount in cash in my hand and the Tow driver was pulling away with my car. Was very unhappy with a gentleman by the name of Roy in sales and make sure you take a screenshot of the price you see because I ended up paying more money from what I was told and seen on the site and the item wasn't as described according to Roy and I asked for a price adjustment and didn't get a penny off only ended up paying more than the original price.
