Used their website to confirm they had a vehicle I needed parts from on property. When I arrived I walked into the office, talked with the kind gentleman up front, told him what vehicle I needed and he printed me out a map of the yard with the locations of all the vehicles that matched written on it. They also have an easy to see list of rules as well as them being verbally explained so make sure you pay attention! I went out to the yard to see if they had the parts, I made my list and returned back to the office to get prices. They retrieved my parts, removed without damage and at a price much better than the online/ebay yards I called. The yard is set up nicely with enough room between vehicles to get inside, around and look under them along with a wide selection. Overall excellent experience.

They were able to pick the vehicle earlier than expected. The handoff was simple and seamless.
Typical hold time is about 20 minutes and I call in often. Pricing is a bit better than pic- a -part. But the Eugene location seems to be more expensive than every other B and R location.
