They were extremely helpful. Lionel, the agent in charge of the transaction kept me informed at all times of the process. The agents are monitored by a supervisor who is in contact with you as well. My truck was driving erratic, I thought it was the fuel filter. I called Chester and he agreed to replace the filter. 1 day later guy charges me $800 for spark plugs, wires, fuel filter and diagnostics none of which I agreed to I said I only need a fuel filter. He never had me sign a consent form to work on my truck and left myself and father at his shop for 8 hrs in the hot sun while he continously left for unexplained reasons. I have NEVER been so blatantly ripped off in my life. Do not bring our vehicle here.
Called and talked to George. Very nice guy. He took his time speaking with me explaining the process and was very professional. When I go to junk my car I will be calling him back!
