Friendly staff. I was able to schedule a car for pickup/disposal and they gave me a fair price. Overall I'm happy with the service and professionalism they show.
I sold my van that just was not up to par anymore. From the beginning, the people I dealt with were polite and very professional. I highly recommend Harry's if you are looking to sell your auto. Hats off to Jeff, Kim and Karlee. Thank you for making me feel welcome and making this experience so easy
Impressed with the inventory and the young women who took my admission she was absolutely incredible. I’ve been here serveral times and was never offered a print out of info on what I needed til having her at check in. She gave us a map of the HUGE yard as well as a price sheet and was just so pleasant even though it was a cold very very busy day there hadn’t dealt with very many pleasant attitudes at this place til now. Hope she sees it was beyond appreciated n to keep up the good hard work !!
Costumer service here is a joke and the guy that runs this place is a rude ass hat. Place ran a lot better with the old guy.

DO NOT GO HERE! They waited until I was unloaded and wrote me a check at 6 cents a pound for aluminum. Didn’t say a thing about it while we unloaded and after when I questioned the rude man, he said it was dirty which is absolutely was NOT! Everywhere else is atleast 40 cents a pound! 6 cents? 134 pounds of aluminum I got $8.04! I paid more in gas to bring it to them! Don’t Waste your time!!
Gave me a fair price for my old mini van and some batteries and other scrap from my barn a few years ago. Came and picked it up too!

Very bad experience, will not buy from them again. I found the engine for a reasonable price. The guy on the phone said it’s been visually checked, and free of oil leaks. Obviously when I showed up the engine had some major leaks all over. I drove 4 hours to pick it up and didn’t want to drive back empty. The next day I decided to replace the valve cover gasket and found out the engine had some timing chain problem and the oil seems to solidify and turned into gel. I contacted them again. They didn’t want the engine back, because they said I supposedly took it apart. So I ended up paying for the engine and rebuilding it myself, just because I can’t put not working engine on the car.
