I had a wreck one or two days before Thanksgiving 😞. However, Mike and his mechanic got all the parts I needed, fixed everything on my car and I literally got it back much sooner than expected with the holiday, as well as getting great work done. My car is driving great and it looks great!!! I'm very thankful for how they treated me as well as my vehicle. Thanks guys!!!🙏🙏🙏. You're the best! I just want to thanks these guys for the motor that I purchased from them for my Ford pickup truck is was a good deal they gave me with that being said I will be pointing people in there direction for used auto parts

Rachel was super friendly and helpful and got everything set up and questions asked in a very timely manner. 10/10 will use and recommend them when getting rid of vehicles (brake system messed up but car ran got above what I was hoping for and more than scrap value) tow truck driver was on time and made the transaction very easy and quick.

Called to check on availability of a part and he refused to go see if they had one. De ided to go a different day and called ahead as he requested for him to tell me he wouldn't pull it until I got the there. I drove 30 miles to be told Id have to wait for h to call and let me know when it was removed (without a definite time) still confirmation calls at closing thank God I was already ony way back.. didn't get one of the switches and refused to do so since it was close to closing .

Shouldn't have "kids" answering the phone and being vague and rude, that cost anymore business my family and I will bring here after 15 years of coming here this place has recently went down hill fast as far as customer service and changing prices. I was told 100 for rear diff, and 40 to pull for me. I called for another vehicle about motor mounts and got price of 15 each. Asked how much to pull.. I got price of 1$ a minute....? That is insanity! Tire discounters wouldn't even charge that much...I asked how about flat rate like they gave me for my SUV on the rear diff. He didn't know.. just like he said he didn't know if the price for rear diff w pull fee 140 total is price still and that was 2.5-3 weeks ago....???? Who is running this place right now or at least who is running the front counters here ...please change this as I'm sure a lot of people will be unhappy.

Ten stars easily. The guy up front was actually nice... The gentlman eho retrieved my part wouldnt take a tip. The part was 100 dollars under what everyone else wanted. This place saved my a.. Would highly recomend if u need anything foreign. This place deserves business.
