Loved it when they answered the phone and were clear about what they would pay for my daughter's car. Came out 24 hours later. Hooked up the car, traded my daughter the cash for the title and key and were gone. Very polite. I had tried 2 other places before I called Aa1. I got bigger price quotes over the internet but when I called I was talking with someone in a different country. Aa1 is local. Much preferred! Thank you Aa1!!!
Awesome service, highly recommend! Called to schedule and they were able to get me in an hour later. They kept me up to date with text and a phone call to let me know their eta and arrived on time. The car was in a tough spot that another tow company refused to do. Guy was very professional and quick to get the job done. I was impressed! If I ever have a need again I will be using them without question.
They were prompt, friendly, and gave me a good price on my car. I'd recommend them

Always in and out. The guy at the front is always cool. The little Hispanic guy that handles copper and other materials is very rude. I would be willing to give more stars but customer service sucks literally bc of him in my experience so far.

The crew is about as rough as the material they work with, but they're good at what they do. They have a giant magnet to take material off your trailer easily. It's awesome to watch. Make sure your materials are organized to the best of your knowledge before pulling up to the door. They'll have a cow if it isn't. Merry Christmas!

My husband had to wait an hour for a part he called for ahead of time because they were picking parts out of order and then when the guy finally gave it to my husband it was dripping with old antifreeze. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Best used parts shop by far. They have the parts off the car and ready to go! Which is a plus for anyone. Very friendly employees customer service is on point. I traveled from Menomonee falls to Racine because their prices are the best can't beat their prices. We normally go to lkq until today we will be regulars for this business. We dealt with Chris and he was very very helpful and we appreciate his great customer service.
